I love the part about your husband! Phil was not happy when we decided to get a puppy so soon after the death of our peekapoo. He refused to be a part of the training & ignored Charlie for a long time. Charlie, however, adopted Phil & they are now bedfellows! Amanda is in college in Wilmington, NC & Charlie is with her but it seems we have him just as much she does! LOL! He recently had an ulcer on his eye; I think my mom's peekapoo may have accidently got him with her nail when they were wrestling; anyway, Amanda took him to the vet & naturally she couldn't put the ointment in his eye by herself so we went & picked up our granddog & he stayed with us while he recouperated! He really is a good little guy! Now that the training is behind us he's very little trouble. He does strow his toys all over the house though. He is really like a child. :)
Hi Lori,
Yes it has been an adventure, but worth it. She has turned out be a great little companion, so very very sweet!!! She goes to everyone in our family and the girls' friends. My husband has fallen in love with her and he didn't even want a dog.... How is Charlie?
Oh my goodness! She is so beautiful! I know it's been adventure getting to this point but it looks well worth it! :)
Maisy, getting ready to go outside. She loooves the snow!
